Total Body Conditioning

If you want to get moving and work your body in a pleasant environment, then this energetic class is for you. During the Total Body Conditioning class, you combine muscle-strengthening exercises with improving your cardiovascular system, all while having a lot of fun.

A conditioning and muscle-strengthening class. Each class starts with a warm-up in the form of step exercises, then we move on to the muscle-strengthening part where we focus on the buttocks, legs, chest, and arms. After that, we have a cardio section where we (depending on the class) transition from step exercises to jumping exercises for endurance. Then it’s time for the mats, where we do exercises for the abdomen, buttocks, chest, arms, shoulders, and waist. After that, we move on to the cooling-down phase. This can include stretching or overall relaxation for the body and, hopefully, the mind. It’s delightful to be so actively engaged for an hour. All of this is set to music. The classes are intended for ladies and gentlemen aged 18 and older.
